Restore, Refresh, Renew! ... Project "kick-off"

From water and foundation damage to an outdated and non-functional kitchen to buckling floors and out-of-order bathrooms, our basement has ceased functioning at its highest potential for years. The Strengthen Our Foundation project is organized and presented to the Parish at all weekend masses. Steering Committee representatives provide in-person information sessions after masses to communicate the detailed scope of the project and provide assistance on how to access the computer website that provides all project communication.

Mailings are made to all families of the Holy Trinity Parish announcing the project. Contents include Fr Witt's personal letter to parishioners, a handy "business card" containing access information to the project website via phone, web (internet) and QR code (smartphone) access and instructions for parishioners and friends interested in providing financial contributions.

A project "gift registry" is created under the Strengthen Our Foundation tab on the Parish website for parishioners to contribute toward a list of desired preselected items to furnish the basement renovation project. This preselected list helps ensure a consistent design theme for the project.
