Carpet removed, floors repaired, install new vinyl plank tile

Remove & replace all baseboards, wall/door trim and door

Keep wainscot but repair wall damage and prepare for painting

Replace wall mount whiteboard with rolling 2-sided magnetic whiteboard

Re-level ceiling grid and install new acoustic ceiling tiles

All walls (including wainscot) to be repainted

Replace heavy wood tables with light-weight folding tables
