Main Entrance

Remove old carpet and repair steps and floors

Repair damaged walls and foundation as needed

Whitewash interior brickwork at top of entranceway

Install new walk-off carpeting on steps & entryway

Remove all wallpaper and ceiling borders

Replace all flood damaged baseboards, wallboard, and trim

Remove crown molding and prepare walls for painting

Repair east closet flood damage and provide open shelving for lost & found items

Install new coatrack on west wall, extending into current storage closet

Re-level ceiling grid and install new acoustic ceiling tiles

New door on small storage closet next to kitchen entrance

All walls to be repainted
