• Create an expanded, more versatile kitchen by moving west wall out by ~4'

• Remove vinyl floor, repair surface, install new vinyl plank

• Remove/replace flood damaged cabinets and woodwork with new cabinets, countertops, baseboards and trim

• Extend cabinetry along south wall to create a long internal serving line with an additional entry/exit doorway

• Lengthen dishwashing countertop area and include a shelf-mounted microwave

• New kitchen appliances

• New Stainless-Steel deep sinks to handle larger items

• Widen serving window to double as a refreshment bar for smaller gatherings

• Rockwall tile board above/behind ranges

• New solid-core lockable doors

• Update electrical service to handle 8 roaster loads along south serving line wall
