Carpet removed, floors repaired, install new vinyl plank tile

Remove all wallpaper borders

Remove & replace all flood damaged baseboards, wall, and door trim

Extend Restroom wall to accommodate new Mother's room

Shorten south Kitchen wall to reduce entry hallway length

Replace thin paneled and damaged walls with drywall

Relocate coat rack to main entrance area

Add reception table at entry to Serving Room

Create a gallery of 1st Communion & Confirmation photos w/ matching frames

Re-level ceiling grid and install new acoustic ceiling tiles

All walls to be repainted
