Wainscot removed and walls prepared for painting

Replace all baseboards and wall/door trim

Remove all crown molding

Move AC unit to serving room

Replace tables & metal chairs with round banquet tables and new chairs

Add large screen TV mounts on East wall (w/ power & cabling to technology closet)

Remove large framing around support columns

Paint steel support columns with appropriate durable paint

New solid-core door at basement entry from vestibule

New solid-core lockable doors on south wall closets

Re-level ceiling grid and install new acoustic ceiling tiles

Walls to be repainted
